CCSA region Alfred County visited Marlon Holiday Resort for their October rally this last (5th-7th) weekend. Although the rally was only to be held from Friday to Sunday a number of caravaners took advantage of Marlon's special offer for rallies and arrived on Tuesday and one or two only left on Monday.

Fortunately the weather on Saturday was sunny and warm giving the folks of Alfred County  an opportunity to relax in the sun while others took part in some fun and games which had been organized by the rally marshals'(Ray and Sue Mountjoy).

The evening ended off with a braai up at the games room which was convenient for those wanting to watch the rugby while doing the braai! Due to the inclement Sunday weather, some of the members requested to leave there vans and tents up on their sites until

Monday, giving them time to dry out, this Marlon Holiday Resort agreed to at no additional cost.
